Genevagenevageneva. x

Nath and I went to Geneva during Easter. It was fun. We saw people and ate bread and hung out and ate bread and went to CERN and ate bread and pretended to be European and ate bread and ate bread and rode trams and ate bread. Genuinely brilliant. And starchy.

How much were we on holiday? Orangina much!

Games! Drinks! Outside! I think my life's target may now be to a) learn to play a game of Chess which lasts longer than five moves and then b) play it here.

The 'Nathan On Holiday' pose.

Aren't people from other countries interesting? All I have ever done with blank CDs is make a mobile or play frisbee. What has Switzerland made? A UNICORN. Think bigger Frances...

Actual, Beautiful, Mind Blowing, Real, HUGE, Mountains. I hearted it.

a. An example of Geneva's brilliant grafitti. b. The sound of my soul.

Buff Devon: Reason number one to be happy that Budleigh exists.

Look!

Look!

Chintz Heaven: Reason number two to be happy that Budleigh exists.

What an accolade...

China in your hand.

At this point I want to tell you that Katherine Jenkin's greatest hits are playing in the background. When I say background, to be honest I felt like they were just radiating out of the crockery.

Perfect.

Just coming!

Hey there Mr Blue..

..we're SO pleased to be with you.

How to: make friends and be happy.

It's only words...

...but they're blummin' good words. ZANIER!

And then look what we did!

The fruit of our puppeteering labour. Note puppet stage, shadow theatre and scary arse floating heads underneath the table...

Puppetz R Us

As part of our course Billie, Jake, Katy and I are currently reseraching finger puppetry. I can't believe some people actually choose to work for a living...

Celebrations.

Star is going to be a real life Social Worker!

And sadness...

She also broke our fridge.

Note the remorseless smirk.

Hoot for peace.

Ross and I had a great time in Brizzle. This is just but one very, very good reason why.

Who wouldn't want to live in our house?

We* found a guide on the internet for how to smile well in photographs. Brilliant.

*I.

Oh. My. Days.

It's finally here.

So it's roast beef, right...

...but it's wrapped in yorkshire pudding.

:-)

Lessons from the Tate.

People should get lightbulb powered faces for the dark.

You can put suprising things on walls.

All the other people are having epiphanies and revelations and thoughts.

I am probably checking my hair.

Laydeeze

No, I haven't completed (or started) my communications assignment. Why? Because this week I have been mainly having fun with girls.

Eebd. She is happy because she has made a pudding called Not For Boys. It is pink and not for boys.

Star. She is happy because she the, um, "Scotish beefburger" attendant who served her upgraded her meal to a large and gave her free a muffin and fruit simply because they were namesakes.

Scol. She is happy because she is having a hen party. And because she has pants on her head.

Excellent women. Very good half term.

Not so Trivial

Tim came over last night for jam roly poly and to rince Jo and Est at Trivial Pursuit. In case you're wondering it was Madonna's Pepsi advert that was banned worldwide after upsetting religious groups.

Bloomin' marvellous

There are a lot of good things in the world.

A £6.50 adventure

We bought a whole day bus ticket.

And went to the beach.

Esther went on the pull.

Jo was very excited.

A stack of mammals.

We went and stayed with Pete and Karen this weekend. On Sunday we spent several hours creating a stack of mammals. This is six of them. There were honestly seven at one point, but that picture went a bit wibbly.
